Twister Tipster · special plays

Twister Tipster's star selections for Breeders' Cup Saturday

Comanche Brave 9/4
5:48pm · Turf Sprint · 1 pt win

Donnacha O'Brien's sprinter won the July Cup at Newmarket and the Flying Five at the Curragh, back-to-back Group 1s. Sharp, flat Keeneland turf and a strong pace should suit his late finish. Wesley Ward's Bacio is the danger.

Blue Bolt 5/4
7:04pm · Filly & Mare Turf · 1 pt win

Andrew Balding's filly is unbeaten in six this year, including four Group 1 miles in a row, the Falmouth and the Sun Chariot among them. Last night's European turf winners say the track suits our runners.

T O Elvis 3/1
7:42pm · Sprint · 1 pt win

The Japanese raider won the Churchill Downs Stakes, a Grade 1 at this distance, by a wide margin. Englishman, winner of two Saratoga Grade 1s, is the one to beat, but at 3/1 T O Elvis is the value.

Fully Subscribed 2/1
8:58pm · Distaff · 1 pt win

Chad Brown's mare is on a hat-trick of wins, including the Personal Ensign and the Spinster, which she won here at Keeneland. Champion Nitrogen is a worthy favourite, but Fully Subscribed is the one in form on this track.

Forever Young 15/8
10:16pm · Classic · 1 pt win

Last year's Classic winner is back to defend his crown. This year he won the Saudi Cup and the Jockey Club Gold Cup, and was second in the Dubai World Cup. Sovereignty, last year's Kentucky Derby winner, is the big rival.

No multiple advised, but if you'd like to combine all five, the five-timer pays roughly 250/1 at these prices.

Best UK prices at 9:45am Saturday. They will move, so take the best you can find. 18+ only. Please enjoy your racing responsibly. These are Twister Tipster's special Breeders' Cup plays and sit outside the daily Nap record.

Twister Tipster · special plays

Twister Tipster's star selections for Breeders' Cup Friday

RESULT: three winners from four. Libertango (6/4), Sun Goddess (5/6) and Haffner (10/3) all won. About +4.2 pts on the night.

Libertango 6/4
6:55pm · Juvenile Turf Sprint · 1 pt win

Won the Albany at Royal Ascot and the Lowther at York, then second in the Cheveley Park. The best form in the race, and drawn 3. The only doubt: she starts slowly and has never raced round a bend.

Miss Monica 5/2
7:35pm · Juvenile Fillies · 1 pt win

Bob Baffert's Del Mar Debutante winner, by more than six lengths. Flavien Prat rides. Unbeaten Emphatic is the danger, and this is her first try over a mile and a sixteenth.

Sun Goddess 5/6
8:15pm · Juvenile Fillies Turf · 1 pt win

Six wins from eight, five in a row and three Group 1s for Aidan O'Brien and Ryan Moore. She beat Libertango in the Cheveley Park. A first try at a mile, but she can lead or sit handy.

Haffner 10/3
9:35pm · Juvenile Turf · 1 pt win

Won the Royal Lodge and stays further than stable-mate Great Barrier Reef, which should help over a full mile. Christophe Soumillon rides from stall 4. Folsom Blues is the one to beat.

Plus a 1/2 pt treble: Libertango, Miss Monica and Sun Goddess (about 15/1).

Best UK prices at 9:45am Friday. They will move, so take the best you can find. 18+ only. Please enjoy your racing responsibly. These are Twister Tipster's special Breeders' Cup plays and sit outside the daily Nap record.
